The invention discloses a comburent for
microwave treatment of
waste gas and a
combustion method and
combustion device thereof. The comburent is prepared from water, a wave absorbing substance, firstsupporting particles, second supporting particles and an aqueous binder. The
combustion device comprises a shell, a
microwave unit and a
flange. The comburent and the combustion method and combustiondevice thereof have the advantages that the comburent which is prepared from the water, the wave-absorbing substance, the first supporting particles, the second supporting particles and the aqueous binder is adopted to absorb microwaves, with the cooperation of the combustion method and the combustion device, a heat source is provided for the
waste gas treatment process in a mode of converting
microwave energy into
heat energy inside the comburent, so that the
heat transfer rate is higher, the heating speed is high, the heat loss is small, the operation is convenient, no sharp corner exists inthe shell of the combustion device, with the cooperation of a ventilation reflection plate and the conical
flange, the microwaves are reflected into the shell to uniformly act on the comburent, so that the
energy loss is reduced, the heat conversion rate of the comburent is increased, and an outer
thermal insulation plate, a
wave absorption coating and an inner
thermal insulation plate are arranged, so that the safety of combustion treatment of the
waste gas is improved.
